Initiatives
For more than 20 years, the Tinervin Family has given over two million dollars to provide scholarships, housing, etc. to the following organizations; University of Illinois, Illinois State University, Millikin University, Maureen R. Traynor Foundation, YMCA, Midwest Food Bank, Timber Pointe Foundation, Cedar Lakes Fellowship, ArtReach Orlando, Boys & Girls Club, Neville House, Habitat For Humanties, Recovery Starts Today, Inc. and many more organizations.

The foundation highly values its relationship with Western Avenue. This non-profit organization which offers many programs to support members of our community is a staple in our community. The Tinervin Family Foundation has pledged $200,000 providing new Front Desk/Reception Area, Building Signage, Landscaping, Website Design and more. Recently, the foundation also added $100,000 to Western Avenue’s 2023 operating account.
